* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Bryan County in southeastern Georgia... Bulloch County in southeastern Georgia... Candler County in southeastern Georgia... Evans County in southeastern Georgia... Tattnall County in southeastern Georgia... * WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 720 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Claxton, Hagan, Collins, Cobbtown, Daisy, Bellville, Manassas, Groveland, Undine and Claxton Evans County Airport.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
