* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Georgia, including
the following counties, in south central Georgia, Turner and
Worth. In southwest Georgia, Lee, Randolph and Terrell.
* WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 412 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Leesburg, Albany, Dawson, Ashburn, Shellman, Smithville,
Worth, Sycamore, Warwick, Sasser, Bronwood, Rebecca, Parrott,
Starksville, Mossy Dell, Jordan Place, Neyami, Century and
Scrutchins.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
