Description:
At 914 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing a landspout over Middleburg, moving north at 20
mph.
HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts around 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
objects.
Locations impacted include...
Keystone Heights, Middleburg, Maxville, Oakleaf Plantation,
Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace, Camp Blanding, Cecil Field, Doctors
Inlet, Lakeside, and Kingsley.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
