Description:
At 646 PM EDT/546 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 9 miles southwest of Greensboro, or 12 miles east of
Blountstown, moving southwest at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Blountstown, Greensboro, Bristol, Telogia, Rock Bluff, Juniper,
Hosford, Kennys Mill, Nettle Ridge, Sycamore, Woods, Lowry, Torreya
State Park, Durham, and Roy.
Instruction:
