At 400 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles north of Avon Park, moving northwest at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Lake Wales, Fort Meade, Crooked Lake Park, Frostproof, Hillcrest
Heights, Highland Park, Lake Wales Municipal Airport, Babson Park,
and Waverly.
Instruction:
