At 204 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles south of Lehigh Acres, moving northwest at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Olga, Southwest Florida Airport,
Buckingham, Charleston Park, Fort Myers Shores, Gateway, Alva,
Estero, and North Fort Myers.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
