Description:
At 242 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 14 miles southwest of Midway, moving northeast at 25
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Tallahassee, Woodville, Tallahassee State College, Florida State
University, Midway, Florida A and M, Quincy, Doak Campbell Stadium,
Lake Bradford, Leon Sinks, Gaither Community Center, Florence, Walker
Ford Community Center, South City, Eight Mile Pond, Griffin Heights,
Bloxham, Tallahassee Regional A/P, Governors Square Mall, and
Midtown.
