At 118 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southeast of Parrish, or 16 miles east of Palmetto, moving
southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Lake Manatee State Park and Myakka Head.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
