Description:
At 702 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of Eglin Air Force Base, or 13 miles northeast of
Niceville, moving south at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Santa Rosa Beach, Eglin Air Force Base, Freeport, Portland, Villa
Tasso, Blue Mountain Beach, Miramar Beach, Gulf Pines, New Home,
Grayton Beach, Sandestin, Four Mile Village, and Seaside.
Instruction:
