* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Lower Keys in Monroe in Florida...
* WHEN...Until 1130 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 927 AM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologist indicated
up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Key West, Boca Chica Channel Bridge, Boca Chica, Key Haven,
Fleming Key, Sunset Key and Geiger Key.
- This includes US 1 between mile markers 0 and 9.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
