* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Florida, including the following county, Collier. * WHEN...Until 545 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 352 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marco Island, Royal Palm Hammock, Marco Island Airport, Everglades National Park, Cape Romano Aquatic Preserve, Port Of The Island and Goodland. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
