Description:
At 439 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Mayday, or 11 miles southeast of Lakeland, moving west at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Lake Park, Quitman, Valdosta, Hahira, I-75 At Exit 16, Moody Air
Force Base, Remerton, Dasher, Greenville, Morven, Barretts, Hamburg,
Pinetta, Lovett, Nankin, Empress, Clyattville, Brooks Co A/p, Hanson,
and I-75 At Exit 11.
