At 553 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
St. Marys, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
St. Marys, Kingsland, Fernandina Beach, Woodbine, Kings Bay Base,
Jekyll Island, High Point, Dungeness, Cumberland Island, and
Harrietts Bluff.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
