At 554 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Paradise to Havre De Grace, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible. Locations impacted include... Newark, Middletown, West Chester, Coatesville, Downingtown, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New Castle, Oxford, Parkesburg, West Grove, Delaware City, Newport, Glen Roy, Homeville, Cochranville, Stanton, North Star, Glasgow, and Bear. This includes the following highways... Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 310 and 315. Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 0 and 11.
