* At 144 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Appleton to near Hollywood Beach to near Newtown,
moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
possible.

Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Pennsville, Smyrna, Carneys Point,
Elsmere, New Castle, Penns Grove, Salem, Clayton, Swedesboro,
Delaware City, Newport, Millington, Betterton, Stanton, North Star,
Glasgow, and Bear.
This includes the following highways...
New Jersey Turnpike between exits 1 and 2.
Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 1 and 19.
Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 12.
Instruction:
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service
office in Mount Holly NJ.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
