* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southern Connecticut, including the following
counties, Middlesex and New London.
* WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1221 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the
advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Middletown, Wallingford, Norwich, New London, Guilford,
Colchester, Clinton, East Hampton, Groton, Old Saybrook,
Durham, Salem, Chester, Waterford, East Lyme, Ledyard, North
Branford, Cromwell, Portland and East Haddam.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
