Description:
At 556 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Shamrock, or 25
miles south of Fort Morgan, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Shamrock, Twelve-Mile Corner and Adena.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
Heavy rain is occurring with this storm and may lead to flooding. Do
not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
