Description:
At 305 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
near Manila Village to near Ponderosa Park, or along a line from 25
miles east of Denver to 28 miles southeast of Denver, moving east at
15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Eastern Aurora, eastern Parker, Bennett, Ponderosa Park, The Pinery
and Strasburg.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and
large hail.
