Description:
* WHAT...For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as
low as 24 expected. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 27 expected.
* WHERE...Central Yampa River Basin, Lower Yampa River Basin, Upper
Yampa River Basin, San Juan River Basin, and Central Colorado River
Basin.
* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 10 AM
MDT Friday. For the second Freeze Warning, from midnight Friday
Night to 10 AM MDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
