Description:
At 327 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that produced
heavy rain across the warned area have ended, with weaker showers and
thunderstorms expected to move in from the west. Between 1 and 3
inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is up to 0.5
inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to continue
until the water has a chance to recede.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, roads, and
normally dry washes, as well as other poor drainage and
low-lying areas.

Mainly rural areas of North Central Fremont County.
This includes the following streams and drainages...
Tallahassee Creek, Cottonwood Creek, Squaw Creek, and their
tributaries.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
