The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for...
East Central Custer County in southeastern Colorado...
West Central Pueblo County in southeastern Colorado...
* Until 800 PM MDT.
* At 504 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain over the Aspen Acres Burn Scar. Between 1 and 3 inches
of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.25 to 0.75
inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already
occurring with debris flows north of Beulah and water rescues near
San Isabel.
FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Aspen Acres Burn Scar, including San
Isabel and North Creek near Beulah. This is a PARTICULARLY
DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

crossings, small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses.

Beulah, especially along North Creek and San Isabel.
This includes the following high risk locations...
Beulah Water Intake, Northcreek Road county line to Red Mountain Camp
and Northcreek Road from Red Mountain Camp to Beulah.
Instruction:
Move to higher ground now! This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.
