Description:
At 833 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a shower 5 miles north of
Watkins, or 20 miles east of Denver, moving north at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Denver, Aurora, Thornton, eastern Westminster, eastern Centennial,
Commerce City, Northglenn, Brighton, northern Englewood, Greenwood
Village, Federal Heights, Denver International Airport, D.I.A
Terminal and Concourses, Fort Lupton, Lochbuie and Hudson.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
