Description:
At 1018 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Falcon, or 10 miles northeast of Colorado Springs, moving northeast
at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Eastern Colorado Springs, Fountain, Black Forest, Ellicott, Peyton,
Schriever Space Force Base, Falcon, Cimarron Hills, Peterson Space
Force Base, and Security-Widefield.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
