Description:
At 613 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles southeast of Elbert, or 42 miles west of Limon, moving
southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Simla and Fondis.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
