At 231 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near southern Castle Pines, or 20 miles south of Denver, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Eastern Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Parker, Lone Tree, The Pinery, Franktown, Castle Pines and Ponderosa Park.
