Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Lincoln County in east central Colorado... * WHEN...Until 945 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 752 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain fell earlier. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Adobe Creek, East Fork Adobe Creek, Horse Creek, North Fork Mustang Creek, Pond Creek, South Rush Creek, Little Horse Creek and Steels Fork. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Karval, Wild Horse Point and Forder.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
