* WHAT...Flash flooding and debris flows are possible, flooding caused by excessive rainfall over the Gold Mountain Fire Burn Scar is possible. * WHERE...Gold Mountain Fire Burn Scar in Ouray County Colorado, including Dexter and Cutler Creek drainages and Highway 550... and Cow Creek. * WHEN...Until 515 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Excessive rainfall is possible over the Gold Mountain Burn Scar which could lead to flash flooding and/or debris flows, particularly along highway 550 between Cutler Creek and Dexter Creek. Cow creek may also be affected. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 111 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Gold Mountain Burn Scar, including Cow Creek, and along highway 550 between Cutler Creek and Dexter Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Climb to higher ground. Avoid Cutler, Dexter, and Cow Creek drainages.
