* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...West Central Jefferson County in central Colorado... * WHEN...Until 245 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1250 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Bergen Creek, Troublesome Creek, Bear Creek, North Turkey Creek and Cub Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Evergreen, Kittredge, Wah Keeney Park and Genesee.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
