* WHAT...Flash flooding and debris flows are possible, flooding caused by excessive rainfall over the Gold Mountain Fire is possible. * WHERE...Gold Mountain Fire in Ouray County Colorado, including Dexter and Cutler Creeks and Highway 550. * WHEN...Until 630 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Excessive rainfall is possible over the Gold Mountain Burn Scar which could lead to flash flooding and/or debris flows, particularly along highway 550 between Cutler Creek and Dexter Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 323 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms nearby Gold Mountain Fire. Flash flooding and debris flows are possible in Gold Mountain Fire. - Gold Mountain Fire is the most likely place to experience flash flooding and debris flows. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Climb to higher ground. Avoid Cutler and Dexter Creek drainages.
