* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Bear Creek in Jefferson County, Colorado... * WHEN...Until 515 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying areas along Bear Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 212 AM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain over the past several hours in the Evergreen and Kittredge areas. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. The observed rainfall is causing small stream flooding along Bear Creek. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Bear Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Idledale, Morrison, and Bear Creek Lake Park.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
