* WHERE...In Colorado, Yuma County. In Kansas, Cheyenne KS, Decatur,
Graham, Norton, and Rawlins Counties. In Nebraska, Dundy,
Hitchcock, and Red Willow Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM MDT /10 AM CDT/ this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
