TORBOU The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a * Tornado Warning for... East Central Weld County in northeastern Colorado... * Until 815 PM MDT. * At 744 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 5 miles southeast of Keota, or 29 miles northwest of Fort Morgan, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and two inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... New Raymer and Buckingham.
Instruction: 
Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
