At 233 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles northwest
of Barstow, moving north at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Barstow, Owl Canyon Campground, Lenwood and Nebo Center.
This includes Interstate 40 in California between mile markers 1 and
4.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.
