* WHAT...Northeast to east winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 55
mph, locally up to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills.
* WHEN...Until noon PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.
Instruction:
People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.
