* WHAT...Northeast to east winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 50 to 65
mph. Strongest winds will be on mountain foothills.
* WHERE...San Diego County Mountains.
* WHEN...Until midnight PDT Saturday Night.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will be strongest on Friday.
Instruction:
People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.
