* WHAT...Northeast to east winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts 50 to 65 mph
expected. Winds will be strongest on Friday.
* WHERE...San Gorgonio Pass near Banning.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to midnight PDT Saturday Night.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
Instruction:
People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.
