* WHAT...Northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 50 to 65 mph.
* WHERE...Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to noon PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will be on Friday.
Instruction:
People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.
