area, Frazier Mountain Communities.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Rock slides and mud slides possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Stationary thunderstorm over high elevations producing heavy
rainfall.
