At 700 PM PDT, thunderstorms are moving northward across far northeast California and northwestern Nevada. Additional thunderstorm development is likely through the evening. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and up to half inch hail. Blowing dust possible near desert sinks and playas. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Lovelock, Pyramid Lake, Termo, Lake City, Herlong, Gerlach, Cedarville, Susanville, Oreana, Standish, Fort Bidwell, Imlay, Unionville, Gerlach-Empire, Madeline, Sutcliffe, Rye Patch Reservoir, Star Peak, Hyder Hot Springs, and Juniper Mountain.
