* WHERE...Buena Vista, Coalinga - Avenal, and West Side Mountains
South of 198.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Includes areas mainly west of Interstate 5.
