* WHAT...West winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph expected.
* WHERE...At the San Luis Reservoir with strong gusty winds also
being observed along the Coastal Range (West Hills) north of 198.
* WHEN...Until midnight PDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
hazardous conditions for small craft.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
