Description:
* WHAT...High temperatures during the peak of the heat on Thursday
and Friday in the mid 80s near the beaches to the mid to upper 90s
for the mesas and other higher coastal terrain expected. Low
temperatures will be mostly in the 70s.
* WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas County.
* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 8 PM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events. Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
