* WHERE...Del Norte and Northern Humboldt Coast. Fog will be patchy
and visibility may change dramatically.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Allow extra time to reach your destination.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
