* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following county, Crittenden and West Tennessee, including the following county, Shelby. * WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 456 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Up to 1 inch of rainfall will occur in as little as 15 to 30 minutes. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
