* WHAT...North winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* WHERE...In Arkansas, higher terrain areas of Madison, Northern
Crawford, and Northern Franklin Counties. In Oklahoma, Choctaw,
Pushmataha, and Southern Le Flore Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
