* WHAT...Heat index values up to 108 expected today and Friday. * WHERE...In Arkansas, Southern Sebastian County. In Oklahoma, Cherokee, Northern Sequoyah, Okfuskee, Delaware, Ottawa, Pawnee, Western Osage, Central Le Flore, and Southern Le Flore Counties. * WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, until 9 PM CDT this evening. For the second Heat Advisory, from noon to 9 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses are possible especially impacting those not acclimated to the conditions or those performing strenuous activities.
Instruction: 
Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
