* WHAT...Heat index values up to 110 expected this afternoon and again Thursday afternoon. * WHERE...In Arkansas, Southern Crawford, Central and Southern Franklin, North and Central Sebastian, and Southern Sebastian Counties. In Oklahoma, Cherokee, Northern Sequoyah, Delaware, Ottawa, Pawnee, and Western Osage Counties. * WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, until 9 PM CDT this evening. For the second Heat Advisory, from noon to 9 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses are possible especially impacting those not acclimated to the conditions or those performing strenuous activities.
Instruction: 
Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
