rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central Howard County in southwestern Arkansas...
Sevier County in southwestern Arkansas...
Central McCurtain County in southeastern Oklahoma...
* WHEN...Until 145 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1149 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow
moving thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
De Queen, Lockesburg, Gillham, West Line, Eagletown, Hochatown,
Geneva, Bellview, Mount Herman, Provo and Silver Ridge.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
