Description:
At 408 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Manila, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Osceola, Manila, Lake City, Leachville, Monette, Caraway, Luxora,
Wilson, Keiser, Dell, Burdette, Marie, Little River, Etowah, Black
Oak, Victoria, Jolliff Store, Delfore, Eastview, and Lennie.
This includes Interstate 55 in Arkansas between mile markers 40 and
58.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
eastern Arkansas...southeastern Missouri...and west Tennessee.
