Description:
At 148 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Friars Point, or 8 miles northeast of Elaine, moving southeast at 20
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Clarksdale, Jonestown, Friars Point, Belen, Dublin, Kings, Lake View,
Coahoma, Lyon, Mattson, Wabash, Rudyard, Barksdale, Modoc, Hoop Spur,
Westover, Beverly, Sabino, Clover Hill, and Lurand.
